THE PROBLEM

Lack of customization and personalization in current itinerary apps

Many current itinerary apps tend to curate destinations from location, restaurants, and activities for the user rather than allowing users to plan according to how they want.

06 REFLECTION

In this project, we focused on enabling customization and personalization in travel planning while avoiding the overwhelming nature of a blank slate. We created a simple layout where users can input their flight details, potential destinations, and activities. The app then handles all the organization, automatically generating a structured schedule. Throughout development, we faced challenges in feature selection and page differentiation. However, through continuous iterations and user feedback, we achieved a more user-friendly final product. Looking ahead, we plan to enhance the app with additional features like an integrated map and place and activties suggestions.
